Lookonchain posted the October 9, 2026 update for the spot funds just before 10 a.m. Eastern. Bitcoin ETFs showed a one-day net flow of 3,412 bitcoin out, priced at $282.91 million. Ethereum ETFs showed 38,576 ETH out, priced at $96.2 million. Over seven days the bitcoin funds are down 6,747 bitcoin, or $559.35 million, and the Ethereum funds are down 206,680 ETH, or $515.41 million. The post is here:
A negative net flow means authorized participants redeemed shares and took coins out of the wrapper. Friday is the heavy bitcoin session: $282.91 million is a bit more than half of that fund group's seven-day total. Ethereum's day is smaller, $96.2 million, but its week, $515.41 million, sits close to bitcoin's $559.35 million. Adding the dollar lines, which Lookonchain did not combine, puts Friday at $379.11 million out and the two weeks at $1.07 billion out.
The card is the complex, not a single fund. It does not split one issuer from another, and it does not name the firm that delivered the basket. A ticker-by-ticker tape still comes from the issuers. What this print is for is the total, and the next card is the one that says whether Monday's creations beat it.
