Corrections

If a fact is wrong, send the link and the correction. The desk fixes the story in place.

How to send one

Write t.me/Crypto_Key_Media with three things: the story URL, the sentence that is wrong, and the source for the right one. A screenshot of a post is useful. A complaint with no source is not a correction.

What gets changed

A wrong name, number, date, or attribution gets changed. A difference of opinion about what the news means does not. The desk does not rewrite a story to match a company's preferred wording.

How it shows

A material error is corrected in the story and noted at the end of the piece, with the date. A typo, a styling miss, or a broken link is fixed without a note. The desk does not take the correction in private and leave the public story as it was.

What the desk will not do

It will not unpublish a story because the subject regrets that the news was true. It will not remove a named source. If the underlying fact changes after publication, that is a follow-up, not a silent edit of the original.
