Securitize Stocks puts Apple and Nvidia on Solana

Securitize launched Securitize Stocks on Solana on October 8, 2026. Solana posted it as a breaking line: U.S. equities backed 1:1 by real shares, on Securitize's registered broker-dealer platform, with applicable voting rights and dividends for eligible investors in the United States, the European Union, and other permitted jurisdictions. The post is here:

The follow-up names the book. The first lineup includes Apple, Nvidia, Microsoft, Tesla, Alphabet, Amazon, and Meta, and Solana said more names are coming. Eligible, on the post, means the United States, the European Union, and the other jurisdictions the broker-dealer is permitted to serve. The same note says the product is compatible with Tokenized Securities Venues under the SEC's Innovation Exemption, and that availability on the New York Stock Exchange's upcoming 24/7 digital venue is expected to follow. Expected is the word on the post. The venue is not the session that is open this morning.

What a buyer holds is a claim on a share, not a price feed. TokenPost, writing the same morning, said each token is a security entitlement under UCC Article 8 rather than a token that only tracks a stock's price. Investors may receive dividends, voting rights, and other applicable economic or ownership benefits tied to the shares underneath. Those entitlements may also convert into direct shares when issuer-sponsored tokenization is available. Trades settle in USDC. Jump Trading makes the market through Securitize's Solana PropAMM. Trading starts in extended hours. Continuous, around-the-clock availability is the plan, not the first session.

Securitize is not new to this plumbing. The company's own account describes it as the tokenization platform behind BUIDL and VBILL, with more than $4 billion in assets, and as a firm that trades publicly as SECZ. In August, president Brett Redfearn told The Block the company was already building an equities platform with the New York Stock Exchange, and that Jump Trading was one of the partners, alongside Computershare and Continental. This morning is that work arriving as a live Solana book, with Jump making the market. The NYSE room he named in August is the same room both posts still put ahead of today.

The exemption Solana cited has a date and a clock. On September 17, 2026, the SEC issued a temporary Innovation Exemption for onchain trading of tokenized U.S. exchange-listed stocks. White & Case described it as a five-year conditional exemption, running to September 17, 2031, for qualifying Tokenized Securities Venues, with symbol limits and volume caps. Solana's sentence is that Securitize Stocks is compatible with those venues. Compatible is not the same sentence as a pool already operating under the order. The product that opened this morning is the Solana book on a registered broker-dealer.

What comes next is the rest of the lineup and the longer session. Solana said more names follow Apple, Nvidia, Microsoft, Tesla, Alphabet, Amazon, and Meta. TokenPost said the hours are meant to move from extended sessions toward continuous trading, and that a later stop, the OKXICE Tokenized Securities Venue, is still subject to the same kind of requirements as the NYSE room. The NYSE digital venue is the one both posts point at first. Until then the share a reader can hold is the one on Solana, backed 1:1, with the dividend and the vote attached for an eligible account.

Morning note

Before the cash open.

One note. It goes to the desk, not just this browser.
